We stock a wide collection but realize that questions may come up at points during your browsing and purchasing experience. Take a look at our FAQ section and contact us if you can’t find what you’re looking for.

What is your return policy?

IT'S EASY 

The easiest way for you to return something usually is to send the item back with a copy of the invoice from your order and a note of how you would like us to handle things. We can refund your money, send you a replacement, or leave a credit on your account for a future order. Just write down what you would like us to do on your order form or a separate note with your return.

YOU CAN RETURN ANYTHING FOR ANY REASON - ALMOST.

All the items you want to return must be returned within thirty days of the original purchase date given on the invoice enclosed with your order. There is a 10% restocking fee for anything returned after thirty days. No returns are accepted 60 days beyond the purchase date. Returns received without this paperwork will slow down your return, and may cause confusion, and cost you a fee.

  • No returns on used personal care items

  • Clothing must not be soiled or laundered & in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Bolts of fabric can not have been cut.


What To Do If Something Is Damaged

Damages must be reported within five business days to process the appropriate claims and send out replacements efficiently.

  • Do not discard the original shipment box or its packaging.

  • Do not return damaged items without notifying us first to obtain instructions.

  • Do note any damages to the box's exterior on the invoice received with the package, and highlight all damaged items.

Shipping Policy

Print On Demand POD Fulfillment 

Print On Demand products is shipped & fulfilled by an outside POD fulfillment Service. Peach Boutique is not responsible for their shipping policies

How is your  Print On Demand products packaged for shipment? 

Apparel
Apparel products are generally packaged in polymer mailers. If there’s more than one product, after putting each item in its own separate polymer bag, we then place them all together in a polymer mailer. 

For all DTG apparel orders fulfilled in Australia, we use compostable eco mailers. These mailers have the supplier’s name and composting instructions on them.

Hats
Hats are packaged in corrugated cardboard boxes.

Accessories
To pack phone cases, we use kraft mailers. For biodegradable phone covers, we use small cardboard boxes. Jewelry is packaged in an eco-friendly black leatherette-covered box with a magnetic closure and cloth inlay. When shipped, they are put in an additional cardboard box. Sublimated products like socks are packaged in polymer mailers.

Home & living
Most sublimated items go in polymer mailers. Mugs are packaged in cardboard boxes. 

Wall art
Canvases also come in cardboard boxes ranging in dimensions of 12 Ã— 18 Ã— 2 to 28 Ã— 38 Ã— 6 in.
Framed posters are first wrapped in tissue paper to protect them from scratches and then wrapped in a layer of adhesive bubble wrap. Finally, they’re encased in a thicker, more durable bubble wrap to add extra protection during shipment.
Posters are shipped in triangular kraft boxes to ensure safe delivery and avoid the use of plastic caps. 

Do all items in orders always ship together?

Some of our products are individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra cushion and durability. The products we'll ship separately are:

  • snapback hats, trucker hats, dad hats/baseball caps, and visors

  • backpacks

  • jewelry

  • mugs

  • postcards and stickers

  • pillows with stuffing

  • posters

  • framed posters

  • canvas

  • bean bag cases

  • keychains and pet tags

  • water bottles

In some cases, products from the same order can also be fulfilled in different facilities, which means they’ll be shipped separately.
